Delete account

Delete inside the app

1. Open Pocketself and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Export your journal first if you want a copy; export requires an eligible plan.
4. Choose “Delete account and data” and confirm.

What gets deleted

Deletion permanently removes your Pocketself account, cloud journal entries, stored photos and the journal copy on that device. This operation cannot be undone. Billing records required for legal or financial obligations may be retained for the required period.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting Pocketself or your account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel it in Google Play.

If you cannot access the app

Request deletion from [SUPPORT EMAIL] using the email address attached to your Pocketself account. The operator will verify ownership before processing the request. This draft does not yet provide a working support address.
